CMA Ontario’s Professional Development Institute (PDI) is proud to bring The Executive Link members access to this powerful business and leadership process.

Consider The Executive Link – Peer Roundtable Program your personal advisory board, filled with individuals who know you, understand your motivations and passionately believe in your success. Consisting of six to eight carefully selected members, meetings occur every six to eight weeks on pre-assigned dates.

The Peer Roundtable Program provides leaders with an opportunity to develop skills and discuss issues and opportunities in a confidential environment with peers who understand. The key components of each Peer Roundtable Program session include: Goal Setting, Learning Clinic, and Peer Coaching.
